Weekly email updates: Parents will receive a highlight report in advance of each week,

which will list the main activities of each day and the clothing and/or supplies children will need to wear/bring.

Whatsapp broadcast list: Camp will send updates and reminders via Whatsapp. More details to follow regarding the Whatsapp broadcast lists.

Safety

Safety is a primary focus at Camp Ohr Menachem.

Staffing: All our counselors are experienced camp counselors. Each group will be supervised by at least two counselors throughout the day. Our staff has attended extensive pre camp counselor first aid training.

Safety Tags: Each counselor wears a tag with each child’s important information including contact numbers, allergies and special needs. In case of an emergency, parents or emergency contacts will be contacted immediately.

Welcome Package

The campers will be receiving a camp T-shirt, a cap, and a water bottle in the welcome package on the first day of camp. Please make sure your child brings their water bottle and their cap everyday and their camp T-shirt for outings.

Camp T-shirts: All children must wear camp T-shirts on outings so that our campers are easy to identify. Camp T-shirts will be distributed on the first day of camp. Additional T-shirts can be purchased for 15$ at the camp office.

Lunch Menu

There will be a hot lunch with two snacks served daily. More details to follow regarding the lunch schedule. NOTE: WE ARE A COMPLETELY NUT-FREE CAMP.
