Rabbi Levi Naparstek was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, studied in Yeshivas in New York, France, Israel and Canada, and received his Rabbinical Ordination from the Central Chabad Yeshiva at the headquarters of the Chabad Lubavitch movement. He has traveled as a Chabad outreach emissary to England, Poland, Romania, Italy, Spain and Portugal. He spent over four years leading services, educational seminars and community outreach at Chabad Centers throughout the United States and Canada. He spent two years teaching Judaic studies to High School students in Toronto, and two years as Principle of the Released Time Program, a section of the NCFJE (National Committee for the Furtherance of Jewish Education) in Brooklyn, NY.

Chaya, grew up in the heart of the Jewish community of Cote-Saint-Luc. Her passion to inspire and reach out to others has been imbedded in her very essence since childhood. Her parents, Rabbi Mendel & Sarah Raskin are the directors of Beth Chabad of CSL. After graduating with honors from the Beis Rivkah High School she spent two years studying at the Seminary in Tzfat, Israel.

Together, the Naparstek family form a powerful team, bringing the warmth and radiance of Judaism to the friends, families and community around them. With their welcoming smiles and non-judgmental approach.

In the summer of 2019, they moved to CSL to join the army of emissaries of Beth Chabad Cote-St-Luc, who have built the Jewish community of CSL to what it is today, as directors of a new project called Smile On Seniors (SOS), an excited and innovative program geared to the senior of our community, giving them all they need to feel part of a vibrant community.
